WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
ORDERS ARE TYPICALLY PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.  DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON [OCTOBER THROUGH DECEMBER] PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 EXTRA BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS TO SHIP.  PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING TIME IS IN ADDITION TO PRODUCTION TIME, SO PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN SELECTING YOUR SHIPPING METHOD, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE BY WHICH YOU MUST RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.  A RUSH OPTION IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESSING OF MY ORDER?
A RUSH CAN BE PLACED ON YOUR ORDER FOR AN ADDITIONAL 25% OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF YOUR ORDER [MINIMUM $25].  A RUSH ORDER IS PROCESSED WITHIN 3-4 DAYS AND EFFECTS ONLY THE TIME IN PRODUCTION.  EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS OPTIONAL OVER AND ABOVE THE RUSH FEE.  THE OPTION TO RUSH PRODUCTION OF ORDERS IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPGRADE PRODUCTION AND/OR SHIPPING METHODS TO MEET CUSTOMER DEADLINES.

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS GROUND OR PRIORITY MAIL UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED. SHIPPING METHODS VARY BY PRODUCTION FACILITY AND ARE LEFT TO THEIR DISCRETION UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.  WE WORK WITH DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS AROUND THE COUNTRY, SO TIME IN TRANSIT WILL DEPEND ON SHIPMENT ORIGIN FOR EACH ITEM IN YOUR SHIPMENT.  BECAUSE OUR PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED IN DIFFERENT FACILITIES, YOUR ORDER MAY ARRIVE IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS. WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.  THE USE OF  POST OFFICE BOXES FOR SHIPPING IS RESERVED ONLY FOR ITEMS BEING SHIPPED VIA PRIORITY MAIL.  A VALID STREET ADDRESS IS MANDATORY FOR ANY ORDER BEING SHIPPED VIA UPS OR FED EX.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
ALL PERSONALIZED/MONOGRAMMED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR MERCHANDISE IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR [24] HOURS SO THAT WE MAY REPLACE THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.  WE STRIVE FOR PERFECTION, BUT IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT WAS DONE INCORRECTLY, PLEASE CONTACT US AT HELLO@BOXWOODPAPERCO.COM AND BE SURE TO REFERENCE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR COMMUNICATION.  WE WILL GLADLY REPLACE ANY ITEM THAT WAS DONE INCORRECTLY THROUGH AN ERROR ON OUR END IN A TIMELY MANNER.  IF THE PROBLEM WAS NOT A RESULT OF OUR ERROR, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL CONSIDER WAYS TO OFFSET THE COST OF REPLACING THE ITEM.  DISCOUNTS FOR SUCH ORDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
